Plain-language terms for using Padhaai. If anything here reads as unfair, tell us — we would rather fix it than defend it.
What we provide
Access to board-aligned learning material, practice, and progress tracking, free of charge. We aim to keep it accurate and available, and we will tell you honestly when something is not ready rather than let you assume it is.
Your account
One account per person, and the details on it should be true — particularly age, because it decides what protections apply. If you are under 18 you need a guardian linked to your account.
How to behave here
Do not harass anyone, do not upload content that is unlawful or unsafe for children, and do not try to break, scrape or game the system. Rewards earned by gaming are reversed. Serious or repeated breaches end an account.
Contributions
Contributions are voluntary and are not payment for access, because access is free and unconditional. They do not buy priority, features, or anyone's attention. Refunds are covered in the Refunds policy.
Content and ownership
Learning material on Padhaai belongs to us or to the rights holders we license from, and is for your own study. Notes and answers you write remain yours.
Changes and limits
We may change these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Padhaai is a study aid, not a guarantee of any examination result, and we do not promise uninterrupted service.
